Drug Free Cecil is a collaboration between several local coalitions working to reduce substance use among youth in Cecil County. This site is designed to provide information on projects and initiatives that address local substance abuse issues.
Mission
The Drug Free Cecil Youth Coalition exists to reduce substance use through youth-led efforts in prevention, advocacy, engagement, and education.
Vision
We envision a safe and healthy Cecil County where youth thrive, in a community
where they are valued and empowered to be drug free.
