We envision a safe and healthy Cecil County where youth thrive, in a community where they are valued and empowered to be drug free.

What's Happening?
Prevention Clubs are now operating at all county high schools and in 2 middle schools. Contact Youth Empowerment Source at (443) 593-3900 for information on your school's club or reach out to your school counselor for details.
